¿HOW DOES IT WORK?

As we age, the collagen in our skin weakens and elastin begins to degrade, causing the skin to become more lax. A good candidate for HIFU is someone with skin that has "relaxed" to the point of looking or feeling less firm. A lower brow line, sagging skin under the chin, or wrinkles in the décolleté area are all signs of skin laxity.

Unlike laser and radiofrequency treatments that penetrate the skin from the outside, HIFU works from the inside out to non-invasively tighten and firm the skin. Avoiding contact with the skin's surface, HIFU delivers focused ultrasonic energy at depths of up to 4.5 mm - to the same dermal layer typically addressed in a surgical lift.
