Hyperhidrosis

What is hyperhidrosis or excess sweating?

Hyperhidrosis is excessive sweating that is usually located in the armpits, palms of the hands and soles of the feet. It can sometimes occur in other areas of the body such as the head and face.

Hypersweating treatment is the only non-surgical solution to temporarily eliminate overactive sweat glands that significantly reduces sweating in the treated area, such as the armpits.

It is a well-tolerated, safe and highly effective treatment that improves the patient's quality of life.

Treatment of hyperhidrosis

After taking a thorough medical history to determine whether or not treatment for hyperhidrosis is indicated, a test is performed to delimit the area of sweating.

Microinjections are then administered into the defined area using very fine needles.

The patient can immediately return to normal life.

Results

It has been scientifically proven that about 90% of patients sweat much less or not at all after a single session.

The decrease in sweating begins to be noticed after two or three days in a progressive manner and can last between four months and a year, depending on the particular characteristics of each case.

In the case of axillary hypersweating, the average duration of effects is about seven months.
